Lord today You showed me a picture. It was very weird an otter was swimming down the lane of a road as if he were the car and behaved exactly as the other cars did and obeyed all the traffic rules… but still he was an otter swimming down the road where cars were. The other strange thing was the road made the tar into water as and where the otter swam… go figure, even so, the otter was slow and languid as he was trying desperately to keep to the rules and regulations that giverned road drivers. Then the otter came to a robot(traffic light) and stopped at the red and there was no other traffic, but as soon as the otter turned right something happened, he was now heading in the right direction and before you could blink the otter dove under the water forgetting road rules and regulations and bursting into the rhythm and song that was the heart beat of his life deep under the water, far away from what ruled and governed road users and the otter was gone out of sight.
What on earth was the point of this vision… huh… the Lord is saying to us as the body of Christ too long have we stayed put and tries to keep to what suits those around us asking permission and keeping our p’s and q’s regarding things of the Kingdom and what God wants from us and for us and to do through us… too long have we waited for the right time, place and manner to do things. IT IS NOW TIMW TO STEP UP AND INTO WHAT THE LORD IS DOING AND SAYING AS AND WHEN HE SPEAKS… TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE WE NEED TO BE SENSITIVE TO THE IMMEDIATE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE LORD AND WORK AND ACT AT HIS PACE.
Am I suggesting riding rough shot over everything and everyone, absolutely not, am I suggesting moving out without love… why Jesus never did that, He wouldn’t want us to, am I suggesting moving out ahead of the Lord… never… the opposite is true, if we move and flow in and with Him, we are able to live this life to the full in Him accomplishing His plans and purposes while carrying our His purpose… we won’t even feel like we’re reaching out to others it will simply he the extension of our lives overflowing and the Lord will do the impossible, miraculous, supernatural on a daily basis.
The second thing the Lord showed me about that vision is the sight of the otter, in the place of trying to keep to all the rules and regulations of this world the otter was visible to the others around him who were also trying desperately to keep to thus world’s rules and regulations. As soon as the otter set his sight on the One who gave him purpose and position he was invisible to those trying to keep to this world and their regulations. I sense the Lord is saying come deeper into intimacy with me and I will hide you from the world, witchcraft and schemes of the enemy, but come and stay in that place of deep intimacy with me. I will hide you and guide you, here the rules and regulations of man don’t apply, my ways are higher, my thoughts are higher. This message is not for everyone. Let him who has an ear hear what the Spirit says to the churches… come nearer, draw nearer, stay under in submission, moment by moment, day by day…
What will you do, do you want this, are you willing and prepared to sacrifice what it will take for the deeper level I have for you?
